Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During album releases, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.
Signed items may require additional processing time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 3–10 business days
- International: 1–4 weeks (if international shipping is available)

Order Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Digital Products
Digital downloads are delivered automatically after purchase through Shopify's digital delivery system. No physical item will be shipped for digital products.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Hudson Cruz Store is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Incorrect Shipping Information
