Digital Products

All sales of digital downloads are final. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds cannot be issued once the product has been delivered or downloaded.

Physical Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Signed Items

Signed CDs and other personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds
